I am a lifetime NJ resident with over 35 years of experience servicing the New Jersey and New York Commercial Real Estate Market.
In 1987 I started a boutique Real Estate Firm which serviced local businesses and the corporate clients I had previously worked with when I was a team member of a Real Estate Development Company which developed, owned and managed over 1,000,000 SF of corporate office, warehouse and flex space throughout Northern New Jersey.
In August 2008 I continued expanding my business when Peter Scrivo joined the firm as a Partner.

I am a native of Newark, NJ who graduated from Rutgers University, Newark Campus residing in Bergen County since 1985 and I just completed my 25TH year coaching baseball in Paramus.
Peter Scrivo
Peter Scrivo entered the New Jersey Real Estate Commercial Market in 2001, with the experience of being President and Principal of CCS Trading Company, a women’s apparel manufacturer, wholesaler with multiple retail stores throughout Northern New Jersey.
Based on his experience of starting, operating and expanding his garment business, Peter has the expertise and understanding to help his clients in securing the best possible facility for their business.
Peter is a founding member of P.S. Properties, Inc. and has helped many clients secure the property that best suits their business needs. NO TRANSACTION IS TOO BIG, OR TOO SMALL!!!!
Born in Newark, New Jersey, raised in Belleville and later North Caldwell. Peter holds a BS Degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University and resides in Fairfield, New Jersey with his wife and Family.

John D’Amato
John began his career in commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate (now CBRE) in their Hackensack NJ office prior to joining McBride Corporate Real Estate where he has spent the past 35 + years and was a Partner in the firm. John began his career in sales with Xerox Corporation in its Downtown NY office as an Account Executive.
John comes to Palestina Scrivo Properties with nearly 40 years of commercial brokerage experience in Northern and Central New Jersey and Rockland County NY. Over the course of his career, he has represented a diverse client base and handled a wide array of industrial and office transactions including property acquisitions and dispositions, site selection and design build projects, investment sales, and the acquisition of properties on behalf of non-profit clients.
John holds a B.S Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, is a life long resident of Bergen County, N.J. and resides in Maywood with his wife and two daughters. John is also an assistant High School Track and Field Coach in Hasbrouck Heights NJ and holds coaching certifications through USA Track & Field, and USTFCCCA (United States Track and Field & Cross-Country Association).

Leasing of 50,000 SF of warehouse space at 1805 Lower Road, Linden, NJ to Del Corona and Scardigili USA. Aggregate lease value in excess of $7 million.

William “Bill” Greene
Bill Greene is a lifelong New Jersey resident. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick New Jersey. He is extremely familiar with the unique characteristics and benefits of investing, living and working in Northern and Central New Jersey.
Specializing in mix use and development properties, Bill works with clients that need assistance in getting the right property to grow or expand their business.
As your Real Estate Professional, Bill will be an advocate for you. Whether you are investing, buying, selling or leasing, he will work tirelessly to represent your best interests. Prior to joining Palestina Scrivo Properties, Bill worked in the trucking industry (UPS) in Edison N.J. While in logistics, he learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for all his clients. Bill utilizes his 8 years’ experience as a real estate professional and his 25 years as a logistics professional to enhance the Real Estate experience of his customers.
When not assisting clients, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife Lois and their family, entertaining their friends, traveling, and managing his professional photography business-WMG PHOTOS.
